Returns & Shipping


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns within 15 days of the invoice date, for a refund of the purchase price and any applicable taxes. Returns are subject to the following guidelines:

  1. Merchandise must have been purchased from
  2. All sale, discounted or promotional merchandise is FINAL SALE.
  3. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered.
  4. All merchandise must have all original tags attached, in the original manner.

Items properly returned will be refunded, minus shipping charges, to the method of payment implemented for the purchase.

Please include your packing slip to expedite processing and avoid delays with your return.

To return your order for a refund, please email for a return authorization at Please keep the tracking number for your records. Please call for return authorization within seven days of receipt of your order.

Your original form of payment will be refunded for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur. A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

Gift Returns

We realize that there may be exceptions to the 15 day return window for gifts. December holiday gifts are returnable for a refund through January 15th. After January 15th, holiday gifts are not returnable. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card.

Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within 5 days of placing your order. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to ship your order in multiple packages, or to cancel the item. Shipping Information

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays. If your order requires expedited shipping (overnight or 2nd day), the order needs to be placed by 12:00 noon CST.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and express delivery are unavailable for these destinations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated using live shipping rates and will be based on package weight, travel distance, and service requested.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect local sales tax in Texas where maintains a physical presence.
